Phase I — Pre-facility (current)

Digital design, modelling, systems engineering, test planning, and risk retirement.

Phase II — Partnered progression

As approvals and partnerships allow, expand into controlled, auditable pathways that support future licensed activity.

Phase III — Licensed physical capability

Future progression toward licensed facilities and program delivery occurs only once regulatory approvals, safety frameworks, and partner alignment are in place.

We keep the roadmap realistic, staged, and auditable.
